Enjoyed a 3 day break here recently. Ideal for a few days away if you want to do nothing but would have liked some sort of clubhouse for socialising during evenings.

We stayed in 7a Friar Tuck lodge for 3 nights, it was fab! It's obviously one of the recently upgraded lodges. We had a hot tub, jacuzzi bath, sauna... Kids loved the table football and air hockey.

A really lovely setting with woods and gourgos lodges , we were shocked about how spacious and lovely the lodges were !

We were a family party of 22 adults, aged between 21 and 80 ! Plus 2 dogs. Exceptional service from first communications with staycations, Liv Retreats , booking, arrival , lodges, holiday park. As a family we had a fantastic stay, the lodges and hot tubs were lovely,the park is set in beautiful woodland and countryside, very quiet and Tranquil, very clean, tidy and well kept.

Unfortunately we never got to use these vouchers as due to the incompetence of the Wowcher system both vouchers were booked with the correct dates but several days later refunded because apparently there was no availability in fact so they were completely missold and two families have been let down and disappointed. Very poor service and will not be using them again.

Really wish I could leave a better review, The setting and the experience with the staff was very good, the cabin is really in the woods with great views. Hot tub well located, and fairly private from the neighbour cabins. We stayed two nights, the first night found we had no heating or hot water, which led to a very cold nights sleep unable to shower off the chlorine from the hot tub. The following morning we were told the boiler would be fixed around midday, which meant we had to boil water to wash before leaving for the day. On top of this the cleaning standards of the cabin overall could be improved, we found dog hair around the bathroom floor for an example.

Well not been yet but I did request one of The lodges advertised on wowcher to stay in but heard nothing back as some look a bit tired so hoping we not in one of those Or I will be giving my review as it false advertisement so want others to know all about it so hoping it a lovely stay
