Amazing!!!! Amazing hotel! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly with us, always answering our calls and requests, the hotel is very nice and clean and has great location. Misba helped us every day with everything we needed! He was so thoughtful and helpful with us during all our stay. Mr. Pather Patel was very nice and kind with us. And Naru was so sweet and did everything possible to make our stay the best. Definitely recommend it and next time I am staying at Best Western Premier Herald Square again!

Wonderful Hotel Experience. The staff and accomodations were excellent. Staff was very friendly, rooms comfortable and inviting. Even though the breakfast was not free it was reasonably priced and contained a wide range of options. I would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Clean, safe, convenient, with caring staff. Clean, very safe area, extremely caring and friendly staff. Convenient to all forms of transportation/entertainment and restaurants- both towards and away from Times square. Just far enough away from the business but close enough to walk to times square or to quieter east side with non chain restaurants. We will stay again!
